Just got these killer Versace-esque leggings from Topshop the other day. I'm totally digging yellow at the moment and am on the look out for more canary birdy pieces. I'm shooting a subculture Kapppa slappa shoot next week with Darren Black and am channelling my inner chav at the moment. The bigger the door knocker earrings the better.

This little beauty of a leather bra just arrived at my place this morning! So happy with it! I've been on a massive mission to find the perfect leather bra and I think this one definitely hits the spot. What would I do without Ebay?! Seriously. Big love - ash x

pipe cleaning

Check out my new crown I made last night out of glittery pipe cleaners!!!! I found a little bead shop yesterday underneath my apartment and it is totally a treasure chest of all things glittery and sparkly and sticky and amazing! I can't believe I hadn't discovered it earlier and been living in there. It's owned by a little old Aussie woman as well, which means it's even super cooler! I was initially inspired by the wonderful Paolina of Calur Villade http://calurvillade.blogspot.com/ and last night I was feeling particularly arty so got my pipe cleaning on. I just wrapped them around an old red velvet hair band and glue gunned some sequins and gems on to the tips. I'm pretty pumped with how it turned out. I think I may have to make some more of these in all different colours! Oh yeh, and also check out my new purple eyebrows! Boom. Big love - ash x

Another shoot out! This story I styled was just published in Huf magazine yesterday. It was shot by the lovely Efi Zachou. This was a really fun shoot to do as is all Efi shoots and we worked alongside the wonderful Victoria Bond (make up) and Marc Ramos (hair). Leila Jay was a friggin joy to work with and the chick is totally bangin' don't you think?! The styling is pretty simple and I just wanted to keep things light as it was a sheer story. I don't know whether it's the fact that my life is pretty hectic sometimes and I love juggling as much stuff as possible but I really think I reflect that with how I dress sometimes. I go through stages of sometimes wearing rather classic/boring outfits and then I go a bit mental and clash the shit out of everything I possibly can. This story is so a representation of those moments in my wardrobe life. I love the clashing prints and the sunglasses over the netting with a gangsta beanie....amaze-balls.
